Better Business Case:
A Strategic Assessment
We developed the Transport Management business case for North Shore Hospital. The first phase was the completion of the strategic assessment.
We completed Treasury's Point of Entry (POE) and Risk Profile Assessment (RPA) documents. Using Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) workshops determined the key business case problem. We facilitated an options analysis workshop with key stakeholders to identify possible solutions. The short list of options aligns with DHB strategies, including the proposed site master plan.
The Strategic Assessment is being considered by the DHB Board.
