We worked with Auckland Council to establish a a 3-year programme of Value for Money reviews. We will assess the value to ratepayers of all council services. This work has successfully identified value opportunity of more than $750m over the next 10 years.

The Northern Region District Health Boards required a warehousing, distribution and logistics partner. We developed the business case and led the commercial negotiation. The result was a sound basis for the continuity of the annual provision of clinical supplies worth $800m.

We developed the strategic assessment of Transport Management for Waitemata DHB. This is a key input into the North Shore Hospital site master plan. We used investment logic mapping to identify the key problems for the business case to solve and then facilitated options analysis workshops to identify long and short list options.

Two private health providers wanted to develop an Auckland radiation therapy centre. We used our commercial and health experience to develop the business case. A critical component was the sensitivity modelling of service demand, capacity and pricing.

We developed the service planning for a $60m expansion of health services in the west of Auckland. We developed scenarios to understand the population’s future health needs and the right health service response.

Northland Council's and Rugby Union established a Trust to develop an events centre in Whangarei. We worked with the Trust to develop the business case for the development of Toll Stadium.

Waitemata DHB wanted more value from their finance function. They wanted to focus their finance team on providing performance analysis and insight. Too much time was being spent on transactions and reporting. Our work resulted in increased effectiveness and reduced cost of the finance function.
