Business Case: Radiation Therapy Centre
We developed the business case for Mercy Ascot and Southern Cross hospitals for the radiation therapy centre. This was the first private centre in New Zealand costing approximately $20m.
The business case considered the current public and private radiology provision. This included analysis of throughput, waiting lists, pricing and investment. We researched international case studies and undertook site visits in Australia to build confidence in our volume and financial modelling
Scenario modelling of the projected demand and pricing was key to the business case success.
