Business Case:
Regional Events Centre
We developed the business case for the Northland Events Centre (now Toll Stadium).
The business case required market analysis of New Zealand events and sports facilities. This included reviewing similar developments in other regions. We facilitated workshops with all stakeholders testing different scenarios and financial sensitivities.
The result was a business case which secured funding for the development of what is now Toll Stadium. This was much-needed infrastructure for Northland.
